Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, respectfully provide 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the total reserved services. If you fail to appear for your appointment (no-show), you will be charged a no-show fee. The amount of the fee will be 100% of the total reserved services. The fee(s) will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file or payment is declined, an invoice will be sent to you. Failure to pay the invoice will result in blocked online booking access.
